Our solid body centralizers, constructed from robust alloy steel, are specifically designed for vertical, deviated, ERD, liners, and horizontal wells. These centralizers, which are welded, non welded and solid, can endure high axial loads due to their heavy-duty construction.
The centralizerās body is made from a laser cut tube, the inside diameter of which is meticulously manufactured for easy installation onto API spec tubulars. This sturdy welded rigid centralizer provides consistent casing support, while its circular blade helps to minimize the torque and resistance during casing operation.
The vane ends of the centralizer are assembled at 20 – 30 degrees relative to the casing centreline. The spiral design stimulates a turbulent flow. This, in turn, enhances the fluid dynamics and promotes optimal practices in cementing.
We offer both straight vane and spiral vane solid centralizers.
These centralizers are available in sizes ranging from 4 1/2 to 20.
